My name is Javier Ocasio, most people on the Internet know me as KoL. I'm 28 years old and I'm from Bayamón Puerto Rico. I finished my B.S. in Computer Science in the University of Puerto Rico at Bayamón but I work as a freelance graphic designer. Highly creative and motivated Graphic Designer with extensive experience in desktop and mobile application user interface design. In association with The Skins Factory I created User Interfaces, Icons and Windows Desktop Themes for companies such as Disney, Sony Ericsson, Electronic Arts, CBS and Nero.

StudioTwentyEight is something that I started on May 26, 2002. The first version was only a little page with all my themes for Windows XP. Then I started working with more themes, making icons, wallpaper and other skins and the site started get bigger. Now StudioTwentyEight is a site where you can find all my work, download wallpapers, icons and skins for your computer.
